Okay i’m not really sure what day it is today, but GOD IS SO AWESOME…yet again…as always :) So I’ll be updating the rest of last week but like….I’m sorry I’m just so in awe of how awesome God is right now…like…completely baffled…. like… I just witnessed like 5 miracles tonight… like you can tell how bad my grammar and sentence structure is because i’m so amazed right now. SO…anyways… So tonight we went to FUSE, a weekly bible study for young adults. The message was awesome undoubtedly…but what spoke to me more was the way God moved that night in me, in my fellow project team members, and just in the room in general. One of my friends had a bad toothache; her wisdom teeth were coming out and she couldn’t even smile on the ride there :(. Though I’m not sure 100% of the details, the pastor told us to get into groups of 3-4 and pray-not just pray but to know that the Holy Spirit would be in that room with us. The pastor continued to say that he knew healings were about to occur and prayer requests were going to be answered. My friend who had a toothache got in a group with some other girls. They asked her if she really believed that the Lord was going to heal her. She then basically yelled that she knew the Lord would heal her. After the prayer…guess what…God healed her. She couldn’t stop smiling!!! PRAISE THE LORD! We went back to the dorms and we talked to another person on our project who was suffering with back pain that whole day (he had it since that morning…I can testify that for sure). He decided to pray for healing after hearing her story and BAM God healed him! GOD IS SO AMAZINGLY GOOD! You think that God would stop there huh? Well during my prayer, my request was to receive the Holy Spirit, an outpouring of His power. During the message I continually heard God asking me, “If I were to pour out my Spirit on you, would you use it for the HPU campus?” He asked me this twice and both times I replied that I would. Later tonight around 1-2am, I met with two other girls from our campus team. One was preparing for a worship set, another was looking up stuff for our plans for tomorrow, and I was looking up good quotes and Bible verses to write on post its on their computers as they worked :) We then got to the topic about the possible movement on the HPU campus. We started really talking about our hearts for it and all the different divine appointments we had. We also talked about prophecies in the LA/Hollywood area and healings. It was a really awesome conversation! I really felt the Holy Spirit there:) The Lord then really put on my heart to pray for the campus right then and there- so we did. After the prayer my friend asked me if I had scoliosis. I literally talked about having that right after we left the FUSE meeting (God’s sense of humor right there). She then asked me if one foot was shorter than the other-which I’ve heard 1 doctor and 1 chiropractor tell me that I had one shorter foot than the other. She then told me to sit up against the wall and put my feet out. She prayed over for my feet, commanding one of them in the name of Jesus to grow out and be the same length as the other one. I wasn’t too sure at first, but somehow I really trusted that it would happen. My foot then started to grow warm…not like burning warm, but comfort warm. Then it started growing….cool huh?? I got up and started walking around- I’m not sure if you would believe me but I KNOW how my feet feel when I dance and I’m SURE that my foot was heavier and longer. She then proceeded to do the same to my roomie :) I just got to say that…so often do we limit ourselves to what we can and can’t do. That then limits God to what He can do through us. We are children of God, meant for greater things! That same power that Jesus had when he healed the sick- that’s the Holy Spirit that God sent to us. God is real and coming soon. If healings and miracles dont prove anything… what’s God gotta do to get your attention?
